Really cheaply put together

Good Fan

I don't find them noisy, maybe the other person is just a light sleeper. As for cooling. It's to supplement your AC or Swamp cooling not to replace it. This fan allows me to turn up my AC to keep my bills lower while helping to maintain a cool home. If your looking for a fan that will cool so you don't need your AC this is not the right fan. I find with this fan and a desktop fan in the living room, and one in my bedroom, even in the blistering AZ heat I can keep my AC at 82-84 and keep my electric bill at an affordable rate.

Gets the job done

It is a fan.Texas is hot so any fan will help cool

I use this fan in my room and it is very loud so it is difficult for me to sleep. But gotta keep it on to help keep cool. I even took the top off but that didn't help. What did help was turning it on the lowest setting but who wants to do that. Overall I guess it is a fan and its job is to keep us cool so if you go off just that then it does its job.

A little flimsy
