    I’ve had this brand of fan for 10 years until it finally went out the other day. I knew going with this brand would be worth it since my other lasted for a long long time! & I was right again. This fan is phenomenal. I seriously love it! Thinking about buying another for my living room.

    I paid for a brand new unit, but I was sent a used unit with missing hardware. It was missing the instructions manual along with the remote and screws to hold the base to the fan.

    Stable base. The low setting is pretty quiet, but the high setting is a bit loud for my taste. The air flow is great across a room.
