    Brave LeapFrog Educational Game

    |
    Posted .

If your kid liked the movie, this game will help them relive it while teaching them science. My kid set my profile as if I was a 6th grader, and I can't even answer the "parts of a plant/animal" quiz. Luckily, you can keep trying to match the part with the name without any penalties. Unfortunately, this also means the kids probably won't be learning since you just try matching "A" to the first part. If it says you're wrong, try matching it to the next part until it says you're right. Example: Without looking it up, would you know where the "scape" of a garlic plant is? Still, the rest of the game keeps my kid interested, and I'm sure a little bit of learning is happening. Buy if you liked Brave. Skip if you didn't.

It is a good learning game for a lot of science things. The ox doesn't tell you half of the things your child will learn.

Challenging and educational - for girls AND boys!

    Posted .

My son loves this game. I initially thought it might be a gamble, that he might write off the game as being 'for girls'. But he loves it, he's learned a lot, and he still plays it from time to time, a year later.
