Great Bicycle, Bad Third party Customer Service.

I absolutely LOVE my cargo bicycle. However I learned a very valuable lesson, I shouldn’t order through BestBuy. The reason is plan I was missing my XL Pannier bags from the order. I called bestbuy and Fedex to ask what happened. I was directed to go to BestBuy near me , when I got there no one new what to do , so we called BestBuy Customer service I waited for about two hours at the store to then be told that they didn’t have the XL Pannier bags on hand and that I would have to call Lectric Bicycles and get the issues sorted… When I called Lectric my life changed in a good way , they were able to resend the bags and also create me a warranty to ensure I can get other services for the coverage. Thank GOD!
