Love the bike. My only issue was, i had to have my bike maintenance because the gears mechanism was not assembled correctly by the manufacturer. So i was unable to use the bike initially

The hydraulic brakes started leaking within 60 miles. The motor is very loud despite being advertised as a quiet motor. Other than that it has been an ok bike

Great looks… but quality is not quite the best. Thats why for the one star. To be honest I purchased this bike December 2024 for my son’s Christmas gift and not even 2 months later the motor has failed. Ending January there was a clicking/rubbing sound coming from the motor. We thought the breaks were loose. In about two weeks the motor is not working at all. My son and his auto class teacher open the motor up finding out the teeth/groove where the motor spins in not aligning. The motor is not working till this day. We spent a lot on this bike only to have it work for less than two months. Thats upsetting. Lesson learned if you buy any electronics from Best Buy that cost more than $100 or even $50, get the extended warranty or purchase their program. Because we didnt have neither Best Buy couldn’t do anything at all especially the return time frame ended on January 14, 2025. So my only thing I could do is get in touch with the manufacture because the warranty is up to 1 year.

Good bike, but the speedometer doesn't work and it won't record mileage, after 62 miles.
The mileage is alright, expect around 25 miles on a charge of you're ~160lbs.
