It doesn't have a batterry or wires, but the cover of the case lights up to show me the time or who is calling. You can even design your own icons for different callers with the app. My husband says it uses near-field communication but I prefer to believe it runs on magic.

This case will Protect your phone and carry your credit card or ID (just 1) it is perfect! Plus I feel safer when I close it. I have broken screens in the past, I feel its not gonna happen again with this case!

I love this LED cover!

And it notifies me of incoming traffic without having to look at the screen. It also puts my phone to sleep and wakes it without having to push any buttons. LOVE love love it!

Great wallet cover for the sale price!

The digital display on the front was an added bonus and does not require any work to set up. Just snap the phone in place and its done.
