Got this as a gift and so far it works great. The interface takes time to get used to, but once everything is running this is a great tool for those looking to add security and a sense of independence to their trading/crypto currency portfolio.

easy to use and bluetooth helps with not being attached to a PC. battery did fail on device after a couple months. Ledger and best buy returns are fine if you have issues, you will have no problem with this.

The setup for the nano was surprisingly not challenging at all, I heard from a friend it was a pain but I did not experience that in my experience. Houses more than enough wallets and works as intended.

So Far ease of use has been good. syncing with the iPhone app and or, Windows PC has been seamless. not as easy to use as metamask. But an extra layer of security is nice. Customer support even through a comment on X came through really fast. Easy to lose so...Don't do that.
