The first fire table we got stopped working after our initial usebut Best Buy replaced it and so far it has worked fine. The flame gives off a significant amount of heat. We use it on our porch in an area protected from the wind on 2 sides and have been comfortable even when the temperature dropped into the 30's.

Absolute Piece of Junk!!!

The company doesn't answer their phone. It took 5 messages on the website and two weeks to get the part. Then tried to put together - each leg attaches to the top with two bolts. THE BOLTS JUST SLIP THROUGH THE HOLES. The holes are too big and not threaded properly for the bolts. Cannot assemble!! Returning. Now have only one day to return due to their initial part delay.

But I recommend everyone take out the top and check it prior to assembly. We found a scratch in the top and on the side. Well it has a card with a customer service contact. So we reached out and were told they couldn’t do anything for us. Well I was not interested in taking it back to Best Buy just to have to purchase a new one and wait for it to arrive and then assemble a second one that could also be damaged. So we are living with it and setting items on the scratch to hide it. But it works great otherwise

Little disappointed in purchase

It was difficult to put together and when I turned it over and removed the protective coating it had scratches on it. I was going to return it, but my daughter liked it, so I gave it to her. After all it was already put together.

The tray for the rocks & the lid are SO shallow, you can hardly put any rocks in there. Even with the little bit of rocks they provide, the lid doesn't fit well at all. But it does work well, provides a nice little fire. Does not put out much heat & doesn't really work all that great for smores, need a hotter fire.
