The film tells the story of the identical twin gangsters Reggie and Ronnie Kray, two of the most notorious criminals in British history, and their organised crime empire in the East End of London during the 1960s.

One of my favorite Tom Hardy movies. Based on real-life events (although not set like a documentary) about the gangster Kray twins in the UK in the 60s. Very good acting, excellent editing, good costuming, pretty good soundtrack. I very much recommend this film!

The Krays are well kown even today in England, i grew up in England and lived there until i was 29 years old, so i know all about Ronny and Reggie. Tom Hardy nailed it, playing both parts and so different with each. If you are looking for a humorous, violent, well paced movie about the 2 most known British gangsters then this is it, its awesome!

The movie is based on a true story and tom hardy takes the show but the rest of the acting has a little to be desired. But a great watch for a Tom Hardy Fan.

The movie is great, but the dual roles played by Tom Hardy are even better! Based on a true story, you catch yourself wincing at some of the actions of the more unbalanced brother.

I viewed a documentry on these infamous twins. So when I found out a Hollywood movie was being made about the scandalous duo I was overjoyed! Then when I found out that Tom Hardy would be playing both twins I became outright giddy. That being said I was a little disappointed with this movie that seemed to drag at times. I wonder if I never viewed the documentry first if I would have enjoyed the movie more? Regardless Mr. Hardy's performance is brilliant just the material he's given to work with lacks a little in this case.

I mainly bought because of Tom Hardy and his level of acting ability. Story plot is excellent and based on a true story . Twins taking over the underworld with opposite personalities. How cool is that. But it's Hardy and his tremendous performances of the 2 brothers that makes the movie so good. Easy to recommend. Don't miss.

Not the best I've ever seen ... but I watched the "real life" story on NETFLIX and wanted to see one of my current favorite actors play the twins ... so why not?

Never made the rounds at theatres by me. When I saw it, I was anticipating a good story. Did not disappoint. Tom Hardy is an excellent actor. True gangster story.

Tom Hardy should have won an award for this. His performance was spot on. Although the movie itself it slightly sloppy, Tom Hardy manages to keep you interested.

When I first watched this I was immediately sucked in. For how long the movie is, the first time you watch it the time will fly by.

Once again Tom Hardy shows his wonderful acting abilities in a dual role as twin brothers. Interesting journey into the gangster world British style.

I tend to like most British films and this one was no exception. I had never heard of these guys before and found this to be a pretty decent flick.

I definitely recommend this movie, a few small changes could have made this movie great but for what it is it's definitely worth a watch.
