Great device only one problem it runs windows but with a quick restart it works great. I’m sure they’ll fix a few bugs here and there in time but overall I like that I could play everything because it has windows and something about downloading my Xbox gamer pass games just feels really good And plenty of storage for it

I believe that the concept to bring a switch like handheld to the windows PC handheld market is creative, however, that’s just it. Lenovo’s rush to bang the quick buck on the hype and capture share of a growing market has left loose ends in the product quality, software and hardware compatibility alike.

Best Customer service and the Lenovo Legion go is the best Handheld had it for 6 months and it’s handled everything I’ve thrown at it

Build quality is nice but a few bugs. Decent quality processor can get 60 fps on low settings but a few bugs along the way.

It’s a very nice handheld gaming device, personally I think this is better than the ROG Ally or the steam deck! It has detachable controller and a built in kick stand and the build quality is VERY good.

if you want a windows based gaming handheld, this is the best there is right now. the controls are lacking fancier functions like gyro and a second track pad, but the traditional controls and the unique FPS mode on the right controller more than makes up for it.

I bought this for my husband and he loves it! He uses it most nights after our girls go to bed and has never had a complaint about it. I also have used it for myself and love it too!

The best handheld I’ve ever had and to me ever made they really hit the nail with this one only con is the RAM because it’s 16gb tho that’s not bad for this but could be ridiculous if upgraded to 32

Horrible Deadzone on Joysticks, subpar performance, battery runs out fairly quick and i can barely play any new game on decent settings . This device just feels like an expensive emulator because older games are the only thing its good for.i didnt try FPS mode because thats not why i bought , i wanted a Mobile PC but we honestly arent there yet and for the huge price point this device asks for, its not worth it lol i will be returning it and probably just buy PC parts and upgrade what i already have.

I like the fact it’s window handheld however Lenovo Needs to do some improvements on software and windows 11 customisation, if you connect TV then Both screens keep ON. I wish I could just see one screen.

Really disappointing and over engineered handheld. Big screen that's too much for the GPU to handle in most games. Removable controllers that feel awkward to break away. Too many buttons. A weird FPS feature. Most games I tried had odd issues that made them unplayable. Very sad. Lastly - the speakers are awful! The only redeeming quality is the USB-c port in both top and bottom and that it comes with a case.

This is great. I am very happy to have been introduced to such a handheld game.

Auto updates do not work you have to manual update everything its very laggy 144hz does not work on hardly anything it crashes freezes legion center just directs you to outside websites like rockstar instead of built in like steam etc good idea but drivers and software need serious updating that they dont have even a release date on needs allot of work for the price just buy a laptop if it was ran on intel and nvidia it wouldve been allot better

Hardware is great but 2 big obstacles are Lenovo's glitchy software and the fact that it runs desktop bloated windows. Will be looking for updates from Lenovo or maybe switch to SteamOS if possible.
