Open box item shipped poorly

Shipping labels slapped onto Lego box that had already been opened at both ends and closed with scotch tape and then paper shipping tape. Box also had holes and numerous scuff marks. Cannot be given as a gift. Lego collectors want boxes in tact. Also can not be sure all parts are there as box was previously opened.

Best Buy Is the Worst.

The issue is that it was my daughter’s Christmas gift and it was delivered in the original box with nothing on the website indicating this was the case. It really ruined her Christmas since she saw it once it was delivered. This is the second gift that BB screwed up this Christmas season.

It seems like a sturdy piece and I like that it has built in wall hangers for putting it up as art. Good size for the price as well.
