This game is great, but my kid really loves the Avengers/Marvel Lego games better due to the plethora of super powers the playable characters have in those games. She still enjoys this one, but the save points could definitely be better placed or just automatic. Having to replay certain sections over again because the game crashed or was turned off can be a real pain.

Lego Video Game and Batman, what's not to like?

I've been a big fan of most of most of the Lego-based video games and this one is definitely high on my list. The integration of the other DC characters is a lot more integrated than Batman 2. I really felt in Batman 2, the DC characters were really an afterthought. I've played it for several hours both my kids and by myself and I found the game play very smooth and creative. So far I've only explored the Batcave and the Watchtower, but it appears that there are other places to explore because they show a "galaxy" map similar some of the recent Lego Star Wars games. So we'll see how it goes. I did run into a problem with the game saving though which was extremely annoying. The first game I played didn't seem to save because the system couldn't find it, so I started all over again making sure I saved along every checkpoint just to make sure, then exited the game like you would expect you should be able to do. I want back in and it still showed there wasn't any saved games. So I tried a different slot but just started the game and immediately exited it. Now the game that I originally started showed up in Slot 1, so I didn't lose after all. Not sure if its a glitch in my system or the program. I think its the program because all the other Lego games work as expected.

It's a great game, lego once again provides a game fun or everyone one. Only thing I wish is that it had a free roam world like Lego Marvel.

This purchase was a gift for my young nephew. The title was chosen because the Lego line of games are full of wit, character, simple controls, and good clean fun. The review is less about the game itself, but rather the wholesome approach the IP holder/developer takes to make their titles accessible to all audiences - young and old. I helped my nephew with the controls in the game, and while my time was limited, I hated to give the controller back!

This disk version was bought with store pickup in my home city San Francisco. Had played a demo of the Lego Marvel Super Heroes and want to own DC Comics Batman 3 Beyond Gotham. A fun game with lots of frills like fight captioning. Collected all 30 Adam West in Peril and all level minikits, most character tokens. Bought the add on packs that includes the extras of the Batman 3 Beyond Gotham Deluxe Bundle too!

The Lego games are always fun. This one is a little more challenging than the other ones, but still fun. I love how it's easy for kids to just run through the campaign, but for the older generation it's challenging to try and find all the Red Bricks. The open world is big, and allows a lot of replay ability.

I enjoyed Lego Batman 3 as much as the previous Lego Batman games. It was slightly different than other Lego games though. The main missions only made up about 50% of the game. The rest were mini missions through the different locations that you would travel. I enjoy the previous Marvel Superhero game more than this one. But if you liked past Lego games you will enjoy this one too.

I have played and completed 9 different LEGO games. This one is my favorite so far. So many characters that there just isn't enough time to play with all of them. I'd hate to see how many hours I played this one for. However, it's definitely worth picking up if you love the LEGO franchise.

My kids love the LEGO games and we are all big Batman fans. This game follows the simple Lego video game formula, but adds a bonus for adults with cameos from Conan Obrien, Kevin Smith and others (don' want to spoil anyone's fun by mentioning some of the secret character unlockables).

This game has been a ton of fun!! I picked this up for my 9 year old and found us both playing it together. There are so many characters to find and unlock, from the 60's Batman to Doomsday the list is endless. Secretly I end up playing this after my son goes to bed. LOL!!!
