I am enjoying the game so far. There is a lot to do. The costume changes are fun and the open world is huge. Only down side is the load time between screens can be a bit slow and when you don't have enough bricks to get to the next objective you end up having to run around and smash everything so it ends up feeling the same. I haven't tried playing with a friend yet or finished the game so I feel like there's a lot more fun to be had before I am done playing.

Love the graphics of this game for the switch. Easy for my grandchildren to play.

As expected from Lego Games, this one is fun to play and has plenty of humor.

I got this game looking for an experience similar to that of the original Lego Star Wars which I played a lot with my siblings years ago. This is a very fun game and the open world mechanic makes it unique when compared to other Lego games, like Star Wars. Playing multiplayer does slow down the framerate a little, but not much. It isn't super noticeable and it's very easy to have a good time with friends on it. All in all, a fun game to have.

My son loves this....Its open world so he can still play and mess around without having to only do missions that are assigned. Its appropriate for kids and has the GTA vibe about it. He has been hooked since we got it and always finding something new to do. Highly suggested for kids and even some adults! 10/10 according to my son. Looking forward to any DLC content that will come.

Solid port of the Wii U version. Performance and load times can be a bit lacking at times.

One of the only Lego games that isn't based off another property, it still had the charm that you've come to expect. Others have complained about the performance on the Switch's version, but I've not seen anything too terrible. A few instances of slowdown but nothing I'd say is unbearable. Still, they probably could have done better. As for the game itself, if you like Lego games you'll like this one.

GTA in lego form. Now let me clarify, this is nowhere near as brutal and vulgar as GTA, I just mean the open world with missions, getting in cars, etc reminds me of GTA!! Very great Lego game. I love it.

Open world is fun to explore in got it for my kid but I almost enjoy it more than him.

I've always enjoyed the Lego franchise of games, and had originally played he prequel for Lego City Undercover on the 3DS. This open-world game is still fun, and the humor as right-on as I've come to expect from Tt Games, but there have been several times where glitches and down-right crashes. Fortunately I've never lost any major progress or save data, but the frustration remains.

Was hesitant to buy this after everyone gave it bad marks for being laggy and droping fps. It does suffer when playing split screen probably because there is no tether that keeps players next to each other so its essentially processing 2 full fledged sandbox games on a single system. I did download the updates as soon as I got it and single player works great. Me and my son played this game during a long road trip and it was awesome! It plays smoothly and has a ton to do in it. Ive put over 20 hours into it and am still at like 10% completion. We love lego games and are very happy about this purchase. The only thing in my opinion keeping this game from being 10/10 is the lack of local wiress between 2 Switch consoles. I would have bought 2 copies so me and my son could play co op each with our own screen (not a fan of split screen ruinning my field of view and other related problems with split screen stated above) and local wireless games are why we bought 2 Switch systems. Instead we took turns after every few missions. 9/10 Cant wait for the next lego game to head to the Switch. Also next time guys PLEASE AD LOCAL WIRELESS CO OP.

My son and I have enjoyed playing this game on the switch. I never purchased this one on the Wii U, so I was excited to play it finally. It lives up to the reviews. Its kind of like GTA meets Legos. We've gotten a lot of play time already and I don't feel like we've even touched the surface of what we can do yet.

Even can play with my 6 year old sister. So much fun!

I got this for my niece because it's an open world game and it's supposed to be easy for young children to play. Out of all the Lego games this one was the most recommended. Also, it was cheap.
