Main base piece was bent

Unfortunately, it was warped beyond belief and we were unable to place it on the base to play. So we brought it back to best buy to exchange the piece with a new one and they wanted us to bring the whole thing back to exchange. Which made no sense to me. By the time we went home and came back, they were sold out. Horrible service from best buy.
