The poor review rating has everything to do with Best Buy horrible packaging of the item. Best Buy delivered a LEGO set with a damaged box. The box had bulging on the bottom of the front side and it had creases. This is largely due to Best Buy packaging it in the wrong size box along with their lack of cushioning to secure the item. Secondly, Best Buy placed a sticker on the box. Best Buy do not need to place stickers on boxes. Instead Best Buy should have premium technological computer systems and logistics systems that store in a database what items are discounted. My recommendation is for Best Buy to take training on how to package items correctly to minimize them being too loose and not secure.
