    Amazing! My grandson got for Xmas great product - took about 16 hours to put together but he was able to get it done himself!! Highly recommend.

    Ordered NEW. Shipping box arrived opened. Actual Lego box in side open as well and look like it got thrown out of a moving truck. Checking if everything is there. But if you are giving as a gift or buying to save it - be careful

    Man, I had my hopes up too high for this set. Got it today, and first thing I noticed was how light the box was. It only got worse. Opened the large cardboard shipping box, to pull out the lego set. The lego box was covered in "inspected by Best Buy" tape on the ends of the box. Opened the box, and the instruction manual package had tape on it and was barely closed. And the big issue, only 9 bags in the box. Fyi, this set comes with 18-19 bags I think. So yes, this is a hard fail. I saw the previous reviews on this item, but thought I would be different. Folks, do not buy this set from Best Buy online. Only buy it local in store, and check your box before leaving. Sad day in America indeed....

    Best buy needs to reevaluate how to ship these bigger sets….. causr the lego box doesnt hold up good….

    I received a box that was open and that’s missing pieces. This was supposed to be a Christmas present for my son. Very disappointed that BestBuy would allow this to be shipped out.

    Box was badly damaged but instead of contacting me to let me know they before i showed up to get it they allowed me to find out at pick up and told us they didn’t know when they could get another one
