Instead, I endured over 2 hours of pure frustration. I tried to use my rewards points to buy RAM, was forced to add 3 extra items to make the system work, and still the order wouldn’t go through. I contacted customer service, only to be bounced between 4 different agents, each promising help but disconnecting me and forcing me to start over. I repeatedly asked for a supervisor—denied every time. Today, Aug 9, I’ve been trying to ask where my delivery is and the exact same thing happened—dropped by 4 agents who said they’d help but disconnected. This is low-quality service that shows no respect for customers’ time. What should have been convenient became one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Stress, wasted hours, and zero accountability—Best Buy clearly doesn’t value its customers.
