Disappointment in the packaging

I have order so many big and expensive lego set and not once I gotten one without the original lego packaging. This one was all exposed beaten up and dent. I pay so mich money and you decide to remove the original packaging of it. Now i can’t return it cause it looks like i open it. The ups picothey took is all blurry. So yeah thanks alot best buy.
