If you like LEGO, the only place to buy it is Best Buy. I got a great deal, shipped fast and came in great condition. Best Buy for the win!

box arrived at my front door opened from one side damaged.. i had to count all the bags to be sure nothing was lost in shipping. I am not sure why some shipping of legos is shipped with so much care and others are not..try shipping to store, hopefully that guarantees proper shipping.

BATMAN.....Love Batman and had to get this to go with my collection of Lego Batman vehicles.

All my lego boxes come damaged, always! I buy them and collect, my money wasnt ripped up and damaged, so why do you send me damaged goods or let them get damaged. Youll lose a very paying customer to your negligence

Just like a lot of people on here the set arrived in no packaging, beat up and with holes in it. Not to mention covered in shipping labels. Had to return to store for a full refund. I wouldn't have been as upset on a smaller set but not for a collectors item this expensive.

The box was only plastic wrapped and shipped with no protection to the box. Box arrived dented and badly damaged.

Like other people said, got the lego but the box was absolutely destroyed. There was even a hole in the side of the cardboard box they shipped it in, like someone punched a fist through it before it got to my house. Previously ordered the lego lambo Sian and it came packed excellently in a thick cardboard box, but this box was pretty much destroyed…

Like every other review same issue. Was shipped without being packed in a box and the seal broken on it. They tapped up the box with tape. Looks like they ran it over with their car a few times before delivering it. I would never recommend buying any toys or collectibles from Best Buy… they do not care about what condition you receive your product.

Very disappointed with how they shipped my Lego I always keep my boxes but after I received it the box was pretty much destroyed

This item was shipped in a plastic shipping bag , box was damaged badly . Actual item seems good

Ordered two and both arrived in good order. Was worried after reading other reviews but lego box was reasonably packaged inside another larger box. Arrived a bit late but Best Buy updated order status accurately.

The box came to me all destoryed all the parts were in it, but for a collector its less without the box. I cant add photos because i already wrapped the gift but it looked liked someone had returned after the build while taping the tore up box all over.
