Fun interactive Mario Lego. It does need batteries, which i didn't notice when ordering online. So we were scrounging around for them after giving as a gift. For Lego review, we were bummed it didn't come with a typical Lego pamplet (these are collectibles to us and the fun of Legos in a box). It was a little frustrating that the whole pamplet thing is online. Because kids love to be creative even off line sometimes. We felt it should have had both. It made the ease of use a little harder. But it is a fun interactive Mario Lego set. Bestbuy made it easy to order with quick delivery.

Was a gift for my autistic son, he absolutely loves this lego set. The is an app to use with it so will need a device to get the most out of it. You set up a course and then take the character through the course and there are real mario sounds. At the end it tallies up the points and my son gets so excited! We are looking forward to buying more sets in the future to add on.

This starter set is exactly what you need to get going with Lego Super Mario Adventures. Most importantly for us was that this kit comes with the connected Mario that has Bluetooth and can interact with others from the line of Lego Super Mario. -- side note: I really wish that you could purchase Mario separately... but that has nothing to do with this set. -- This has and continues to provide hours of fun and entertainment for my kids. I highly recommend it.

Found this on the Best Buy website. Needed to have it quickly for my grandson's upcoming birthday, found out that I could have it shipped to a close by UPS store faster than picking it up at our local Best Buy store. It was shipped quickly and it was easy to pick up. Hats off Best Buy this was Easy Peasy!! Grandson was thrilled! This LEGO set is way more that lock together pieces, Super Mario and other characters in the series electronically interact with each other, very cool!

I bough it for my son and he loves it. It's fun to play with, but requires lots of additional spending.

I bought this lego set for my 7 year old son for Christmas. He really enjoyed putting it together. It was so easy to download the app and had step by step instructions. He synced his Mario character and brought it to life via blue tooth. He had hours of fun and loved how it had the Mario game sounds as a played through the obstacles. I definitely would recommend this LEGO set. Now to buy him the other sets that will sync with this one!

My kids love the Mario themed lego sets. The sensors and sounds are a nice touch.

I guess my son likes it, but I’m not sold. Very over priced, even for legos. Once you set it up it provides minutes of fun for the one member of the family. The integration with the app helps to expand the possibilities a bit, but still delivers less fun than playing a Mario game. It takes a hundred dollars worth of expansion packs to make it feel complete. Still, if you have a kid that’s a fan of both Mario and legos and you have money to burn, it’s something good for gifts.

Great gift for Mario fans, easy to assemble and various options to make a maze. Kids love it

The Super Mario is interactive and needs batteries. My kids enjoyed this lego. The instructions were not detailed and had to look up online for step by step instructions. This is Mario starter set and there are other lego models to buy separate to work with starter set if needed. On the whole, a great fun Mario lego to begin and start playing.

Shout out to bestbuy.com and all involved for the speed delivery. Ordered item in 23rd and it arrived the next day, right before Christmas clutch. As for the product, great Lego item, the Mario is electronic and responds to certain lego pieces. This can connect to a mobile app for more features, innovative item by lego/Nintendo. My son loves it.

I'm not into LEGO but this is a very fun set. Easy to set up and add-on the sets in the series. I'm definitely going to get the other add-ons to complete the set.

Fun and interactive wish mario was regular size but still good

I have almost all of the Lego Mario sets available. These are amazing!! The connectivity and the play are amazing. I will be buying another of these starter sets for my 5 y/o niece for Christmas, she loves the way Mario interacts with the sets and the different things he can do. Here's hoping it's a big hit and Zelda sets aren't far behind!

Four stars, lost one due to expense. These sets are pretty expensive, I don't recall Lego sets being this much money when I played with them. Perhaps my parents do. My son loves everything Mario and has been asking for the Lego sets since they were released. I purchased the starter course and one of the add on courses for just under $100. He does enjoy playing with these and it is good to have him using his mind for more than just video games while we are in quarantine due to covid-19. Never thought I would have to perform a software update on a Lego!

I bought this set for my son and he really liked it. he loves super mario games. its a nice little lego mario set. a lil expensive but not too bad.

What else can be said, it's Lego Mario. Bought this because not only does it look cool but it makes a great collectors item. Easy and fun to build and beautiful all around. Can't wait to buy the other expansion sets and for future ones to come. Thank you.

Excellent new LEGO system that responds to color and Mario’s reaction change in different types of bricks. Building a course is fun but there are no longer paper instructions and is app based. Plenty of design options and fun for my kids. Just wish you could buy Mario separately to have them for my two youngest kids

Bought these for my kids. Mario interacts with objects as they make their way through the lands they set up. The app adds to the enjoyment of the set. The assembly instructions are on the app, not printed. I personally would’ve preferred printed ones but using the app is easy enough. Overall it’s fun and recommended!
