They look great, and are easy to put together. The penguin power-up has some nice effects in the playsets, too.

For the price it seems like it provides very little in my opinion as it is pretty much just the outfit and a few small pieces for decor. It made my kid happy though and he loves dressing is Mario as a Penguin. It also ads some "sliding" action interactivity to the unit when playing.
