I dont know why i continue to buy legos from best buy i constantly hear bad things but i always give them the benefit of the doubt but as of today i will no longer order any legos from them due to bad shipping. My box was kicked, squished and beaten to death, the only thing holding it together was the brown tape provided by best buy, i will be returning

In-Store Pickup Option Won’t Prevent Damage

Ordered for in-store pickup based on the reviews stating issues with damage when shipping to home. Didn’t help. Picked up set and it looked like someone had kicked the box a couple times and taped it back up. It’s intended as a Christmas present so pretty crummy given the cost. Returned.
