controls work great. Its a good lego building project. It is not too difficult. Its fun to watch it flip.

It great and there are pro and con: Pro: Easy build and excellent Legos for any that loves tread type vehicles. Con: Not very many rubbers stopper and they only gives you enough to line one side of two treads and if you do zig zag pattern, it works. The motor and the speed leave a lot to desire, so if you're expecting it to zip around, don't, as it barely move fast enough that a turtle can catch it. Also, the app for the R/C leaves a lot to desire, as it often doesn't register your touch, so it may end up spinning in a circle.

LEGO - Technic App-Controlled car is awesome. My son really enjoys it, being able to control it via his iPad. And the motor that come with this vehicle is even stronger than previous model. If your child really likes Legos and remote cars, then this is the right gift.

Bought this as a present for my 9 year old, he loves it! Pairs great with the Lego builder apps on his Android Tablet.
