When the squad came out to install and hang the tv I was told the it wasn't compatible with that type (flush wall mount) of television. Never got to fully try this out in situ but I got worried as well with the very small cable openings for things like hdmi cables. For full 2.1 hdmi that are in-wall rated they get pretty chonky and I don't see how 4+ wires could ever fit through, especially if you're adding them later down the line after install. There's also no option to tie in a mounted soundbar if you ever decide to go that direction.

You will need at outlet on the wall behind the TV. Feel free to call an electrician and pay $$$$, or use this product and save some of your hard earned $$$$. This basically creates an in wall outlet that is jumped from another outlet on the same wall. It looks & works great.
