Make sure your walls aren't 2x3 studs.

They should tell you that it does not fit on walls with 2×3 studs. I had to disassemble it and just use part of it to work.

Cable Concealment Kit

It works great, hides all the cords. and alot cheaper than having an electrician come out and add an outlet!

Very good mount, but cables might interfere

However, due to the cables from the TV etc. I ended up having to use the spacers (included), which brought it farther from the wall. If your sole reason for purchasing this mount is for the low profile, be aware that all the cables might not fit between it and the TV. Otherwise, I recommend this mount.

A Must Need Item

What the person who sold me the TV did not tell me was that I needed a HDMI cable that the installer sold me at a much inflated price.

Overpriced

Geek Squad was installing two Sony OLED TVs in our home and I didn’t think to shop around for accessories like this. Found many alternatives on Amazon for half the price.

Very Easy Set up

For 60 bucks this is worth it to me vs moving an outlet and buying another recessed box. Although the DIY version would probably only be 20 bucks. This is just very conveinant

Great TV

The reflection problem others have mentioned has not been a problem. It is amazing how 3D regular television programs look. We see things in the background that we have never noticed before.
