The best solution is to definitely hire an electrician but if that isn’t an option, this is a great option. Works great. No wires are visible at all.

The lower pass-through requires use of smaller cables, but only uses a single spot.

Effective way to hide power for wall mount

If the TV is on an exterior wall, you'll probably have to deal with insulation, which increases difficulty of install. And this kit only places two power outlets at the finished install height.
