We had Best Buy install it and it looks great. They fed all the wires from our tv that they mounted to the wall right down behind the drywall came out through where the plug is and everything was connected without having tons of ugly wires climbing up our walls. My husband and I love it. We even had them run an extra hdmi cable in case we need it down the road. That way it’s already there. That was actually their suggestion which was a great one. This simple setup was easy to install and just finishes everything off perfectly.

Easy In-Wall Mount

The only concern (which is true for any time you cut into your walls) is to be careful not to cut any existing wires in your wall. Also, be sure to mount the unit close to the TVs power supply, so you're not stringing the power cable across the wall mount. It would be nice if it came in black ;)

Placed behind the TV and all cords and cables plugged in and then run inside the wall to a location near the floor where cords and cables exited to be plugged into the electrical outlet and the cable box. No need for an electrician another outlet behind the TV. Simple and efficient. I love it.
