We decided to hang out TV on the wall and needed to hide the cables so they would not be hanging down and exposed This power kit was great! It allows you to add power behind the TV so the cord won't be exposed as well as it allows the other cables to be fished behind the wall.

Only way to go for your in-wall wiring. Extra outlet adds flexibility behind TV for Sound Bar, etc. Room for 5 or 6 cables from your TV to receiver and other devices through separate channel. Easy install w/ included template.

If you plan to install a tv of 50 in. or more I would recommend this hidden wall unit. It's very necessary especially if you have a lot of electronics that you're trying to conceal. Very beneficial for cable management.

Great kit, make sure you have a sheetrock knife in advance of using. Also check to make sure you don't have horizontal studs in wall. That will lead to relocating the out let higher. Pretty easy to use, put in three of them for our bedrooms.

This product serves its purpose in hiding unsightly wires/cords. However $100-some dollars is pretty pricey. I guess it's not completely necessary unless you absolutely hate looking at the cords.

This is a brilliant invention. You don’t need an electrician to relocate your switch behind your tv. Any novice can cut the drywall with the template and DIY. The only negative to this is that the brace that holds the unit to the wall is just plastic so if it is over tightened, it can break. So as long as you don’t over tighten it, this is a slick and clean solution to hiding wires.

The reduction in visible wiring is stunning. The TV and cords look so much more like they were professionally done.

Great quality power cable and very Easy to install

I had my house built but in the bedroom did not have "smurf tube" in the wall to hide wires. This is a must have to re-direct power for TV's theater are wall mounted but you dont want your cords to show. Completely worth the investment. I also had bestbuy install for me.

Running wires through the wall without proper protection because of fire hazard issues. This is a nifty solution.

This is the 3rd kit I have purchased and had Geek Squad install and mount my TV. You do not need them or an electrician to install it though. No wiring necessary and it is easy way to hide your cords when mounting a TV.

I have used this type of product before for putting an electrical outlet behind a wall mounted HDTV. This product worked as advertised. I have my TV and bias lighting plugged into the outlets. This was a great time and money saver because I could do the job myself and not hire an electrician.

We love this product, however we paid a heavy price tag. We bought an open box and saved some money. Well worth it though. I mostly watched as this was installed and seemed fairly straightforward but he was just excited to have a new TV!

Excellent, easy to use kit to remove wires from under or beside tv. Used ours to go through wall to a side shelf area. Recommended to neighbor last night as they were talking about same cord clutter
