The plug works as designed and is very convenient. The install can be a little tricky depending on your set-up. The unit only has places for two wires to connect to it. So if your box has four wires coming in (two hot and two neutral), you'll need to pig-tail the wires. This shouldn't be a big issue if you know what you are doing and if you have space in your electrical box.
