I can barely do anything on this laptop and it continuously crashes randomly. For three days, all I could see when I turned it on was a blank screen and a mouse.

Posted .If you need more storage space for this device, there is a Micro-SD card slot that can be used to add more storage space. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the top left side of the keyboard on the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pen to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.

It was a pretty good computer for the price. I use a Mac and it was nothing compared to it but the price was nothing compared to it either so you get what you pay for

With the Microsoft Office Suite preloaded, it is an exceptional bargain for the price. Definitely Two Thumbs Up!

Be sure you don't have any unwanted operations running in the background on your device. With regard to the battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Took the computer to the Geek Squad and they had to load updates for almost 45 minutes to get it up to date. Would have been nice to know before. Laptop is faster, but still slower than I would like.

The Windows updates should also occur on an ongoing basis, as needed, if you set up automatic updates. You can do this by clicking on the magnifying glass on the left side of your Windows 10 screen. Type "automatic updates" in the search window. Then select Windows Update Settings. Select automatic updates.
