It's a really good computer for a student like me. It's also lightweight and slim.
The only thing I wish it had was a faster processor because it can get really slow at times when there are multiple tabs open and I wish it had better camera quality. However, this was expected since all the information is in the description of the computer.
I like the way it looks, how the keyboard feels, and the charger that comes with it.
I like it, regardless of what it could've had.

I've had experience with this and the smaller 11.6 inch version. The price is very good, especially if you get one on sale. Also like other Lenovo laptops, the keyboard is very nice to type on with good spacing and and a nice click to it. The build quality is also good. The screen is ok with an TN panel that's expected at this price. It's not the nicest screen to look at, but more than usable. Battery life is also ok, but not great.
The big downside with this laptop is the performance and storage. The processor is ok, but with only 2gb of RAM, this laptop slows down really quickly when multitasking; live having more than 2 tabs open in Microsoft Edge. With only 32gb of storage, it will fill up quickly. Though thanks to the lack of bloatware, it is workable.
In the end, if you need a laptop for the most basic usage like emailing or light web browsing, this will work. But you are much better off getting an HP Stream in my opinion. It costs around the same, has double the RAM, and better battery life.

We purchased for our son for his birthday last year and he loves it. We purchased the protection since it was for a 10 yr old at the time and we haven't had the need to use it. The only negative I can say is that it can run a little slow at times but he does use it for a lot of gaming so I'm sure that causes the slow down but otherwise he's always using it and loves it. Can't complain about what we paid for it.

Got this laptop on sale at a great price as a gift for my gf because she wanted one "just to surf the web", however it ended up being too slow even for that and we ended up returning it. Not a bad product, just an example of "you get what you pay for".

they cut too many corners with this machine. The 2 GB of non-upgradable RAM & 32 GB of memory storage are not up to the task of running the demanding windows software that it comes with. You can't even run the Microsoft edge browser they want you to use by itself without having it tell you that you are out of memory; chrome browser worked a bit better. I understand that I was buying a basic machine that I planned on using for very basic things such as a bit of web browsing & text editing, etc... no gaming, watching HD videos, etc... but it seems this machine is only capable of turning on but not running any significant programs. Doubling the RAM to 4 would probably help. One can only cut so many corners to deliver a bare-bones, inexpensive laptop, but they went a bit too far with this. Had to send it back when the machine failed to power up after 3 months (just a few weeks after the 90 day return window) even though I had barely used it, as it was unusable to me, & I was not able to find a way to use it with the least demanding software I could find, searching the internet & forums to see what other's may suggest.
