We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptops. Concerning the models that won't power on: This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the power plug port on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. lenovo

The Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop is an entry level, light use system with its AMD A6-7310 processor. It is not meant for multi-tasking or demanding programs. It is good for Microsoft Office and light internet browsing. If this describes your computing needs, the IdeaPad 110-15 would be a good choice. lenovo

After we had the laptop for 6 months, the mouse/touch pad would stop responding. We would have to manually stop the mouse program and re-launch it. Next, the laptop fan started getting loud when the unit was 7 1/2 months old. 2 weeks later it wouldn't load past the Lenovo start up screen. I contacted Lenovo and the customer service is a joke especially considering the laptop was still in warranty. After 1 1/2 months of the run around after sending the unit in, I was forced to contact the Better Business Bureau. The manager of some department at Lenovo called me bright and early the next morning. They expedited a new upgraded unit to me in 2 days. It's now acting up after 2 months. I'll stick to HP from now on. I knew better then to purchase because of "a good sale price". I paid for it in the end.

Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. lenovo
