Gave it a shot.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had it for 3 weeks and left it on went to the building next door and came back and it would not start back up and next thing I know it had the dreaded black screen and went back to best buy and said it was bad and replaced it. So head home and opened it up and it was cracked on the screen so I returned it again. So I decided to go up a brand and went with the HP. I guess just don't buy anything to cheap cause this is what happens. So far so good on the new HP. My last laptop a DELL lasted me over 10 years if your wondering the only reason I retired it it was windows XP out of date but still runs perfect.

Please do not buy
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please do not buy anything from Lenovo. After about 4 months we had an issue with the screen. The screen went dead. I went online and started the warranty replacement process. I completed all the paperwork and sent the laptop in for repairs. Laptop has been there a month (this is after I was told there was a 9 day turn around guarantee once it's received). Nobody can tell me where my laptop is location, nobody can give me a status of the repairs. I get it, it's a cheap laptop. Cheap or not should matter whether a repair issue is communicated properly and timely. DO NOT BUY LENOVO PRODUCTS.

Very slow and poor build laptop
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I don't usually write a reviews but this is first time I am going to write a review on this laptop. It is very poor performing and poor built laptop. I understand that anything that cost $200 can not be good for gaming and high performance stuffs. This was very slow to even load a regular webpage. I was just expecting to use this computer for web surfing and checking email but it wasn't good for that either. Please stay away from this product and don't let the lowest price sway away you.

Posted .Best Buy has a 15 day return policy of undamaged products, with a receipt. This system should provide adequate speed with its AMD A6 processor and 4GB of RAM. This is an entry level system, meant for light use. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Very slow and annoying right shift key
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer performs worst than my 6 year old laptop. Also, the right shift key is very annoying specially if you type the way they teach at school. If you're a 2 finger typer, you should be ok.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue with the touchpad on your Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. It sounds like there is a driver update issue that is causing the text to enlarge and shrink on your device. You can easily check your drivers for needed updated by using the Lenovo Utility software installed on the device. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help.

Not a good buy
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer runs extremely, extremely extremely slow. Most of the time it’s frozen on pages. Keypad came out of the box sticking. It’s frustrating that I didn’t take it back soon enough. For the price, under $300, I thought I could make it work for my school assignments. Not a good buy. I would not recommend this!

Weak CPU; lackluster performance
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We were told by a rep that this PC would be suitable for school type apps, email and internet. But, it just was not acceptable to have extremely slow boot up times and sluggish performance from the most basic applications. We were very frustrated this new PC could not keep up with my 5 year old desktop -- not even close. Save your money (and you'll save so much time and anger) and never accept anything less than a SSD in a laptop.

Too Slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer in store as the salesman suggested it’s tge best laptop for my needs (I’m a college student who always has papers to write). Well within the first month the screen went black and froze. Then the computer got slower and slower so I decided to factory reset it. It started working a bit faster for a little bit but then it went right back to being slow. It’s too slow for me.

Bad Keyboard Design & Slow
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The shift key and arrows are in absolutely the weirdest placement I've ever seen. Avoid if you're used to a normal-sized shift key (and especially if you have small hands; you have to stretch out to reach it). It also runs slowly and is glitchy, but I'm not going to put too much time into uninstalling or streamlining the OS/programs because typing on it is absolutely bonkers. ARGH.
