Great product. Take it out of the box and go. PERFECT for email and browsing. Quick and easy setup. Windows 10 works great. Really a nice low-priced laptop.

If you need a powerhouse computer then this probably isn't for you, though the price tag probably hints at that already. It's not a terrible computer by any means, but it's not amazing either. Here are some things that stood out to me in using this computer so far that may be of interest to other people: - Smudges. I keep my hands pretty clean, but within a day of using this computer it had smudges around the touchpad and other areas of the computer. - Battery seems to drain fast. Maybe this can be avoided if you're alright with using all the carefully curated selections of approved apps/software (e.g. Microsoft Edge rather than Google Chrome), but otherwise the drain can be a nuisance. I stay plugged in with my charger the majority of the time, something I've only done with previous laptops once they were old and couldn't hold charge anymore. - Even with the brightness at its max, the screen always looks too dim for me unless I plug in my charger. As someone who usually has to turn down the brightness on phones and computers, this was surprising. - One review that I saw mentioned the USB slots being too close together. Personally I have not had issues with this. Unless you use an unusually large or oddly shaped USB, you should actually be okay. Overall it's okay, but I don't see myself returning to this brand or anything too similar when I inevitably upgrade.

A good, dependable laptop at an affordable price point. There aren't too many frills with this laptop, but it gets the job done without killing your wallet.

Purchased it for my mother. She only uses it for social media, YouTube videos and Netflix. Gets her through her entertainment purposes. Sometimes it is slow

An easy to use computer for someone not real computer savy. Even though I had not used a computer with windows 10 I was comfortable with this in no time.

I’m not a techy. My skills arre limited to email, research and a couple of other things. This laptop is easy to use and it’s fast. I’m really enjoying it.

This is my first laptop. I would say that except for short battery power unplugged, I like this machine. I am learning windows 10 which is NOT my preferred OS as I have windows 7 at home on my desktop which I Learned is not compatible .Lenovo makes a good computer so I stuck with them when I bought the Laptop. I plan to add a little more memory soon to make it less likely to bog down.

My family wanted a laptop to store music and family photos. My last pc was 10 years old and extremely slow / out-of-date. We don't use our home computer often due to tablets, Iphones, and work computers. So I purchased this inexpensive, basic laptop to do simple things at home. So far it has done the job. It is slower to start up and not as fast online as my work tablet (Surface Pro 3 ) or smart phone (Samsung J3 Emerge & Iphone 5). It reminds me of the IBM Thinkpad I used to have for work. I am concerned about how well it will update as we get into years 5-7 of ownership. But as a step forward in updating our home computing, it is doing the basic purpose we desired.

Online reviews appeared to be somewhat favorable so I purchased this item because of the great deal I got on the price. Item arrived only a few days after ordering. Was unable to complete the initial set up and add the free anti virus that came with it and neither was the Geek Squad at first. Unit was shipped with an antivirus offered by Best Buy that was not compatible with the one installed on it. Geek Squad had to keep laptop to remove the installed antivirus before it was able to install the one included with the purchase offered by Best Buy. Laptop was purchased only for basic e-mail and internet searching and browsing. VERY SLOW moving machine. Have not been pleased.

For not having to purchase a laptop in the last 12 years, this was a great and inexpensive purchase that works just as well as a $2000 laptop purchase.

For what we are using it for it is perfect! No complaints so far, easy set up, and has 4g ram compared to others like it with just 2g. Like it so far!

This laptop was purchased for my 10 year old for school assignments and projects. It is the perfect beginner laptop and a not so bad one for myself

A desk top just wasnt practical but wantd to get her a decent 1st computer. Turns out she knows a lot morw about computers than I thought. She is enjoying it very much. I would have given it 5 stars but because of all the “add on Lenovo stuff” I am playing tech support more than I want to.

This is the exactly laptop I needed for my personal use, very mall and comfortable to carry around with me, meet my expectation for personal use.
