I'm a college student and my research has been slowed down because this laptop runs so slow but if you don't do anything major or very important on the laptop then this is a good buy

Nice replacement for a 6 year old laptop

It is too soon for me to give this 5 stars but so far so good. I just need a laptop to search the internet, email and games so this is fine for me!

Excellent for the money

The sound quality is poor but I bought a mini sound bar for it so I could maximize the volume. Other than that, very nice laptop, with a superb display.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP. Concerning the speaker volume, here is a link to an article with tips for increasing speaker volume within Windows 10:

Good for the price

It's meets our basic needs,and with the discount on Windows 365 made a fairly good package. Only critique is of the Anti-Viral software it came with. It had a code that was illegible so we have been unable to install.
