Like most complaints the right shift key needs some getting used to as that shift key is smaller than normal and if you hit it, your cursor is now one line up as you have just hit the up arrow key. When loading web pages it takes a long time to load (as with anything on the laptop). I couldn't even send an email with an attachment without having to wait 5 minutes to do whatever it was doing. I would recommend that you spend your hard earned dollars on a different laptop as this laptop is a waste of money. If i could return it I would!!

This device has the latest WiFi capability, with 802.11AC connectivity. If your requirements fit this profile, this device is a good choice. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
