I took it in for communication problems with my mouse and when I picked up the unit a couple of days later the problem still existed with no explanation as to why the unit still did not communicate with the mouse. The following day I decided to buy a new mouse and try it guess what it works FINE , your floor rep.was more helpful than the repair geeks you have.

Great laptop for the price

The laptop comes standard with above average RAM and a 500 gig hard drive. I especially like the keyboard layout. Has traditional keyboard plus a numbers keyboard to the left. Great for using for business and quickbooks.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
