SLOW AS MOLASSES! AMD and 4 GIGs of RAM just didn't do it for her, so it was returned as soon as she returned from the conference. Multi-tasking was nearly impossible. This had been an open item prior to our purchase - I found out after we returned it that it had been returned twice previously for the same reason - OUCH!

It came with Windows 10 and the Geek Squad downloaded Office 365 for only $50.00. It runs good, sometimes a little sluggish but nothing to write home about. Wonderful for the price!
