This causes my finger to hit the pgup key instead of the shift which is constantly frustrating! I thought I would get used to it but after a month it is no better. Will return if I can!

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Very useful laptop with a wide enough screen to alternate between 2 minimized windows. Although it was small, love that there is a ten-key.

Good Laptop for Student

It has accomplished the purposes for her online classes. Although, we had some problems with her attaching her documents to send to her professor, did not have the software format type.

You won't know which Wi-fi it doesn't connect to unless you purchase and test out. I should have Googled before purchasing. ALL of their laptops have the same issues dating back years. HORRIBLE. Weird how there are fixes specific to certain laptops not an overall fix for all of their laptops. Complete waste of money for basic features. My laptop has been in their "repair" facility for 3 weeks and counting. Said they are in the process of replacing a graphics card. That's such BS. It doesn't take that long to do that. Customer Service are a complete waste of time. Repairs were quoted as taking a max of 5 days. Again, complete horror. Had to buy another laptop and WILL LIKE MY REFUND. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND THE TROUBLE. STAY AWAY FROM LENOVO. TRASH FOR YOUR CASH,

Earlier this year I purchased a Lenovo (much more expensive one) that I absolutely love. When I seen this one on sale I thought it would be a fun laptop for games/playing around at the house. The picture is not so great quality and its super touchy. Not impressed with this one
