Not as slow as I was expecting it to be for the specs and price. She does whatever she needs to do such as homework and browsing and light app gameplays. Would recommend this one if you on a budget.

So when my Dell died I found this Lenova on sale at Best Buy. It had good reviews and a DVD/CD player/burner so I bought it. I use it for a couple of forums I participate in, processing/editing photos that I store on a hosting site, playing simple games like solitaire and web surfing. This computer is excellent for these types of every day uses and is a real bargain at the price point. It serves my needs and uses very well..

This device has been reliable and I often take it travelling. The phone & tablet are just not as useful when you need to type in a lot of data or words. Spreadsheets work better on a larger screen and you are away from the desktop. Also has a bigger picture for streaming TV shows, etc. Picture quality is ok for TV, U-tube, Netflix when travelling.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
Ok computer for Email

The biggest complaint I have is that the shift key on the right side is right next to the abnormally up down left right keys and between the enter keys making it a nuisance when shifting to a capital letter. I usually end up hitting the up arrow key and then have to back track out whatever I have typed and bring the cursor back down to the bottom of the paragraph and continue typing. Poor design on the keyboard layout. Also, the mouse pad is not very sensitive and have to hit it pretty firm. Honestly, I would not buy this computer again, but being that it was purchased just for email the price point was right.

With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.
