We are hopeful we won't have the problem with this printer freezing up because of the HP Ink Program that was a problem with the HP Envy printer we had.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is because it took half a day to download all the updates. If you need a basic laptop with some of the bells and whistles, this is for you.

My only complaint is there is almost no volume from the speakers. had to use external speakers, which makes it hard to use anywhere but home.

Love the HDMI output, and the basic components of this laptop. If you need gaming, this is not for you. If you do light online surfing and streaming video, you can't beat this laptop.
