Battery Life Is poor
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When i purchased this laptop i was still using another one at the time so i didn't get around to setting this up till a few months ago.The battery life on this laptop is terrible.I would fully charge it but while in use it would drain in less than an hour even though it would read full charge 2 hrs. 30 min. Also it would lose it's charge once fully charged without it even being turned on.

Hate this computer - wish I'd never bought it

My CD/DVD player doesn't open so I had to pay MORE MONEY to buy an external one. The font size changes without my touching anything. I tried to exchange the computer but my data had already been transferred so Geek Squad told me it would cost another $100 to transfer my data to a replacement. I am a very upset customer and will never buy anything from Best Buy again. I'm going back to Micro Center!!

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo IdeaPad 110-15 laptop. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP. With regard to opening the CD/DVD drive, there is a button on the drive that should open the drive door. If that doesn't work, click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 desktop screen. Type "This PC" in the search window. Select This PC from the list that appears. In the window that opens, find your CD/DVD drive (probably F-Drive) right click on the CD/DVD drive. Click eject within the window that opens. This will open the CD/DVD drive door. With regard to the font changing, this sounds like you are touching the touchpad with more than one finger and you are expanding/zooming in on the screen. If you need further help, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686.
