    Exceeded My Expectations

    |
    Posted .

I set out to buy a new quad processor desktop computer that would be able to run software programs easily, specifically drawing programs and animation studios. Not only does this computer run these programs smoothly, it is faster than I ever expected. Unlike many devices that are touch screen compatible, the screen picks up whenever I am tapping, selecting, or generally using the touch screen option. However, if for some reason you prefer to use a mouse, the computer is luckily able to be used with a mouse, too. The price was incredibly good compared to many other computers with the same features. I may sound as though I am gushing over this computer but it really is a great purchase and I am so glad I found it. Pros: *Fast *Runs Smoothly *Great Price *Shipped Quickly *Fast Setup *Touch Screen Works Great Cons: I honestly cannot think of any at the moment, but if anything pops up I will try to update my review. Overall, I am 100% satisfied and would definitely buy this product again.

Bought the first Lenovo Touch Screen All-in-one computer last year. It wasn't even a year old when the ground outside our home was hit by lightening. Killed the computer instantly. So that day I knew I'd purchase the same model, only one year newer. Operates nicely; although I am still struggling to get use to the new operating system. I like that it is simply the screen; no tower to deal with. Fits perfectly on the desk. No regrets at all. I'd buy another if I needed to.

As for the time been , has been used only for emails, FB a FEW apps, & notes.... in a maner of speaking, ... haven't figure out how to exit the note unless I click on the top of the page red -white star. Have to deal with Microsoft yet. For someone that have knowdlege of programs and how to use then I SAY IS A GREAT PC, Lenovo was a new brand for me, but comparing this with a HP Pavillion of the same category they were one, having a Pavillion and a Compact before, I choose the Lenovo ~ for several reasons... more memory and more Hard Drive..biger screen Lenovo 21.5" Touch-Screen All-In-One Computer - Intel Pentium - 4GB Memory - 1TB Hard Drive Software: CyberLink PowerDVD; Power2Go; Adobe Reader and more I hope I have the time to explore more of the Apps. Because your COMPUTER Review decided ... the image I have wasn't good enough "We were unable to parse the image you uploaded. Please ensure that the image is a valid BMP, PNG, GIF or JPEG file."

    Great desktop for photographer

I've been using this computer for a little over two months now and I have to say that I really love it. It was a little awkward to get used to Windows 8, but after realizing that I could flip back and forth between the Windows 8 "tiles" screen and still primarily work in the "regular" desktop mode, I've been smitten. The 1TB storage is perfect for storing thousands of photos until I'm ready to archive them and I'm able to run Spotify, Lightroom and Photoshop simultaneously without any problems with processing speed. The fact that it's an all-in-one is very handy for when I take the computer to bridal shows and use it for slideshows. Highly recommended.

All-in-one computer Gift for my wife

I set it up and had trouble loading my anti-virus software. I called the Geek Squad and he offered to install the software. He also had some problem and discovered that the system was full of malware. He took almost 2 hours to clean it up and loaded the anti-virus software. It has even running well since. I don't understand how a new computer could be full of malware. I was told that it was new and not an open box product.

    Awesome, easy to learn All-In-One

I haven't had a desktop in 9 years and didn't think I would find any appreciation in one since I have a laptop. I was convinced to purchase one and decided that this was the best reviewed (and on sale) option for me. I am not disappointed. I have a Lenovo laptop as well and I appreciate the ease in design. I don't think I will be using the touchscreen feature, but I do feel as though I like the option just in case the moment were to ever arise where I would regret not having that feature. I love the brightness of the screen while appreciate that it isn't overbearing to my eyesight. The sound is amazing as the soundbar extends the length of the screen and is placed on the front. The usb ports are easy to reach and I have more than enough for all my plug-ins. Very easy to set-up and LOVE that I don't need a tower but still have ample space available. Can't forget to mention how light the computer is as well. Thank you Lenovo for not disappointing.

    Lenova Computer Operation Successful

    |
    Posted .

My new Lenova computer has been a good product so farf, but I had initial problems with virus attacks although I had the temporary McAfee protection initially. This occurred the first week and the viruses that I had on the computer itself actually were controlling the operation of the machine. I was assisted by Microsoft remotely in getting rid of these viruses or bugs, which cost me an additional labor charge of $99. But the computer has well ever since. My McAfee service lasted only a month. I did ask the Best Buy clerk about the virus protection. He told me I would find a sheet in the box stating that there would be six months of free McAfee service. I would provide better information to your future customers regarding virus protection. The computer works well; but initially it was a challenge.

Love this All-in-one. It is fast and quite. Don't see much use for touch feature since it is more for tablets. I'm not a gamer, but 4gigs ram may not be enough and the video card is not that powerful, but it is more than enough for watching movies, browsing, office stuff. The display has good colors. Love Win8.1. HDMI output is also a good feature. Overall a solid machine.

I've had this computer for about a month, and I really like it so far! I was offered 6 months of anti-virus software at no extra cost! To extend that protection to one year, I only paid $20! I ended up getting Webroot, and it is great! It's much better than Norton!

This is my first venture into All-in-One. Pretty neat. Picture is crystal clear and sharp, processor is fast, communicates well via wi fi with the printer downstairs. Set up was easy. Jury is out regarding durability and longevity, but I am impressed with the purchase so far.

I have nothing negative to say about this system! My daily use is for work mostly where I use different office programs to manage my business, compose proposals, etc. I cannot attest to the "graphics" users, however. Very Happy, MH

    Was Not Ready

I bought this as an open box. The shipping and delivery was done quickly. The problem was I was locked out of the system because it had some one user name and password still on the computer. Then the Geek Squad told me I would have to take the system into a store to have the previous owners user name and password removed. I called a Best Buy in Concord NH and the geek squad member helped me over the phone by restoring the system. I was confused why the first member of the geek squad I spoke with couldn't help me. However, all in all I am pleased with my purchase.

This was a refurbished Lenova which had not been refurbished when originally sent to me when I ordered it online. (Have no clue which store was responsible for this error) However, carried it to my local Best Buy and they completely rectified the error and made everything right. This necessitated me transporting it to the store and going back the next day to pick it up which negated ordering it online. I was not offered any reimbursement for my trouble either. But the product itself is great! Best Buy, questionable??

    Somewhat Disappointed

    |
    Posted .

I am somewhat disappointed with my new Lenovo. I am retired and living on a fixed income. I do volunteer work that requires the use of office machines. The work is for a non-profit organization. Since a good bit of the volunteer work is done from home, I supply my own equipment. That's part of my contribution. I love what I do, and I enjoy staying busy. I purchased my new Lenovo because the hard drive crashed on my previous computer. For what I do I use a laser printer and an inkjet printer. My primary printer is a HP LaserJet M2727nf. Hooked to my new computer, the printer does not work as it should. I have lost some of the functionality of my printer. I cannot afford to buy a new printer. This is having an adverse impact on the volunteer work that I am able to do. Using an inkjet printer for the volume of work that I do would be too costly. In fairness, I must say that the problem may be with the new operating system that came preloaded on the computer. However, no one at Best Buy (Macon, GA) bothered to tell me prior to the purchase that the operating system may be incompatible with my printer. This has been such a disappointment since Best Buy's Geek Squad was paid to load the printer and it doesn't work correctly. I am really disappointed with Best Buy. They even misspelled my name on my computer. Why would I want a computer that shows an incorrectly spelled name when that name is my own? I have other issues with Best Buy (Macon, GA) as a result of this sale, but they are service issues and have nothing to do with the Lenovo computer itself. Otherwise, the computer seems okay. I guess I would recommend the computer to a friend, but I would certainly caution them about the possibility of not being able to use some of the other devices (i.e., printers) that they already have.

I like this computer better than any I've had before. It has a large screen with variable type size, good sound, tons of apps, easy operation. It also has no external speakers, few wires, leaving my desk clear and roomy. I love it and I'm a really old lady!

Purchased to replace an old Windows Vista laptop for my non-techie husband. He had no experience with Windows 8.1 so I opted to upgrade to Windows 10 immediately. I showed him how easy it is to touch the screen and do what he likes (surf the Internet and email. The computer responds quickly and takes up less space than the old laptop. Everyone wins. Yay!

I purchased this all in one for my son. He has a developmental disability and uses various assistive technology for communication and creating schedules. This computer is so easy to set up, install great apps, takes up minimal space (gone is the huge CPU) and the price was great! I was also impressed by my experience at Best Buy. The salesperson shared his own personal experience using this computer to help support a disabled friend. I am so glad I went in to the store to learn about this computer before purchasing something else.
