I ordered this computer and had it delivered to my local store. The screen shut off almost immediately after turning it on for the first time and wouldnt come back on. Lenovo support let me know the computer had been registered to someone else before. Returned to best buy and ordered another one. The new one looked used with fingerprints and gunk on the screen, and the pivoting stand was broken. Best buy didn't have any more available. Lenovo has not returned calls or emails, and best buy would only refund. Lost a lot of time dealing with returns and customer support only to end up where I first started without a computer. Not sure if its Best Buy or Lenovo that is trying to sell used/refurbished computers as new, but Amazon has the same reviews I've posted here for Lenovo, so I think they are sending refurbished products to these stores and trying to pass them off as new. Best buy refunded, but it would have been nice for them to step up and offer some type of discount for another brand after 2 computers they sold me were both used and broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend

There were some issues with software. It advertised no DVD/CD included, but there was, and I ended up with an extra DVD/CD drive. You need to be more accurate with what products come with computer.
