    Wavered over this computer for some time. It was unnecessary as this computer more than meets the needs I have. Great amount of storage and fast when playing games. Very happy with this purchase. Only wish I'd made it sooner.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. lenovo

    The old computer just couldn't handle windows 10 well, tried for a year adding external memory, and upgrades. What a relief to not have to wait around all day now. Quickly able to add old folders with a memory stick, and unlike previous Lenovo desktops, no factory partitioned waste of disc space with add-ons. Only needed to call Lenovo once for a $69 fix so far, for a work around, but the computer was cheap and well equipped.

    So far this computer has been fine for use at work. Its fairly fast and as of yet it has plenty of memory;. Can't beat it for the price

    Easy set up and great speed for the price. This is primarily a home and school computer for the family with normal use. We have had it for several weeks and it is useful to have all the prepherial ports and the wide variety of options.

    Purchased this for my Father-In-Law as he wanted a desktop that instead of a dock solution for his laptop and this has worked great for him. Not the most powerful machine, but for what he uses it for is great and the cost was also great as well. This is not a gaming machine and it will not run that way, but for an everyday user that browses the web and opens up a few documents or Excel this is perfect..

    I never wanted Windows 10 but was told this was all I could get. I had Windows 7 and was very pleased. Windows 10 has changed everything from Windows 7 tand no instructions were included with this computer. Therefore, I have been on my own trying to figure out how to use it. This is extremely frustrating. I have managed to do quite alot but I still can't file or print documents. This is a HUGE problem! Any suggestions?

      We are sorry to hear you are having issues with Windows 10 operating system. With regard to "filing" your documents, this will occur within the program you are creating the document in. Click "Save As" from the File tab within the program, name the document the click save. Be sure to note the file folder the document is being saved to. Concerning printing, you will need a printer that is compatible with Windows 10. Install the proper Windows 10 drivers provided by the printer manufacturer. Follow the "pairing new device" instructions provided by the printer manufacturer. With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window).
