Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo IdeaCentre 310s desktop. With regard to making the Start Menu larger, you can make objects on the screen larger in Windows 10. Right click on your Windows 10 desktop, away from any icons you may have on the desktop. Select "Display Settings" from the list in the window that opens. In the window that opens you will see a slider in the middle of the window that can be moved to increase the size of everything on your screen, including the Start Menu.

Good Starter Computer

I purchased this as a starter computer for a 9 year old and it does everything needed. No doubt I will need to update it in a few year when they enter Middle School or definitely by the time they start high school. But for now it is a good starter computer that will allow internet access and has a decent amount of processing power

I have multiple other devices in my home that connect, but this computer would not connect and hold the connection. It would constantly drop the connection. the motor was also very noisy.

Posted .This system uses 802.11AC WiFi, it is backward compatible to older b/g/n WiFi frequencies, but there may need to be driver updates for the older frequencies. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point.
