If you bought the $100 laptop during Black Friday 2017, it's a good idea to pick up an extra charger before you need one! Conveniently, BestBuy sells the necessary part. My only gripe is that the manufacturer overpackages and overdocuments this product. The large, thick, inner corrugated cardboard box could fit 4 units! There are also two 30-page leaflets with a single page of instructions (plug in the charger!) in every conceivable language. Since this is a part, not a retail product, a simple bubble wrap envelope would suffice for the inner packaging, and the instructions, such as they are, could be provided in the form of a link to a PDF file. Note: I have several "universal" chargers but couldn't find a tip that matches this one exactly. (That's not to say it doesn't exist.) The voltage (20 V) is easy to match, and the wattage (45 W) is low enough that most any universal charger could supply enough power.

Was in need of a new charger for my laptop. Researched for a replacement, found the right match, and easily placed order online to be picked up at local store same day. However, although website said product was available for pickup the same day, it actually took four days to arrive at store and still was not ready when I arrived four days later as I had to wait approximately 30 minutes in the store for staff to locate and get it ready. The employees working were very apologetic and polite, which eased my frustration concerning the delay. Once home, the charger has worked just fine.

This product is exclusive to a few Lenovo PCS. That said when I went to BestBuy to find this even their universals couldn't touch it. But luckily they had it on mine for a fair price on their online store. And we're happy with the result

Had a problem with the first replacement and the in store Return was fast and easy. The next one works fantastic.

We had to replace my son's power cord, and this one is perfect for his Levono Yoga laptop. The old cord wore out where the cord comes out of the box, so he is being very careful to leave a bit extended before he wraps the rest of the cord around the adaptor.

bought this to carry in my backpack to charge my Lenovo 710 while away from home. it meets all my expectations.

Got original from Best Buy This was an extra cord that I needed.

I needed a replacement charger for my son's Lenovo laptop after a minor accident in which the tip of his charger snapped off inside the charging port. Thankfully, Best Buy staff were able to remove the broken piece, though it was unclear whether any damage to the computer itself had resulted. The store didn't have any universal chargers that would fit, so they offered to place an order and have it shipped to my home. After several days, the replacement had not made it's appearance so I went back to the store to inquire, only to find that the order was inadvertently canceled! I ordered it a second time and when it arrived we were very pleased to discover that it worked perfectly! Looks exactly like the original charging unit, and we've had no problems with it thus far.

I bought this to replace my daughters cord and scoured the internet looking for a suitable replacement. There are many knock off's, and I'm glad I chose to order this. Perfect and no issue's in the month that we have used it.

I purchased this charger to replace the original one that came with my laptop. I broke the other one. It's been great. I would definitely order it again if I need to. Shipping time was excellent.
