Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the positive aspects of the 510-23ASR 23" Touch-Screen All-In-One, particularly praising its large and responsive touch screen, ease of use, and overall performance. Many appreciate its compact size and the convenience of the all-in-one design. While some users wish for an SSD upgrade option, the positive feedback significantly outweighs the negative. The machine's picture quality and ease of setup also receive high marks.

My last computer was a 2009 laptop, so huge difference in software. Was comfortable with what I had, but it was time to upgrade. Didn't like mouse (no roller ball) nor keyboard (no feet to flip up for better ergonomic feel).

This system should be a fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. Also check your internet speeds. Downloads are a factor of your internet speed. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. lenovo

This is a nice computer if you need a touch screen, which I found to be kind of useless.... It was pretty slow as well with little room for upgrading hardware.

Runs slow, mouse scrolling freezes, then catches up by jumping all the lines I've previously scrolled. Is erratic...I tried a different mouse on high speed and high sessitivity and it took 8 or 10 swipes to travel across the screen.

Bought this computer looking for a fast all in one on a budget. Found this computer online and purchased for pickup. Took it home and set it up. Unfortunately the backlight was defective on my first unit so I exchanged it for a new one. BestBuy was real good about that, so that was good. So far I'm very happy with it. It is snappy and good looking. You really can't beat it for the price. You get a good fast processor with 8 gigs of ram. And 1tb of hard drive. (Wish they had a ssd upgrade available, I'd get that real quick) You also get a nice wireless mouse and keyboard. The screen is really nice and responsive. Overall I think this is a good buy and would definitely recommend it.

This is my second Lenovo - got it for another kid after buying 510 with Pentium. Great screen, CPU is speedy. The biggest drawback that it lacks the port for M2 SSD so had to swap the HDD. Also, did not like the mouse - could be personal preference though.

The display on this machine is large and absolutely gorgeous. The touch screen is really fun to use. The speaker at the bottom of the display does not detract from the sleekness of the monitor and they deliver impressive sound. I usually purchase Macs, but I'm glad I saved the money and opted for this Lenovo.

Got the computer in one day. It was well packaged and easy to set up. Going to work well for our needs. I've gotten two other Lenovo's in the past have had great use from them. My daughter is on her 3rd year in collage and hers is still wonderful. Sadly my gaming laptop got burned up in the house fire last October. But before it did it was really great and worked extremely well for me. So I figured I would get a all in one unit from them for the wife to work on. Shes very happy with it. keep making wonderful products Lenovo!

Is 8 gb ram enough to run Adobe photoshop and lightroom plus plugins at the same time? The system is running slower than my beloved old Sony laptop. Otherwise I like it. Wish it was faster or RAM could be increased.

We recommend you check with the Adobe software publisher web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. This system should be a very fast system with its AMD A12 processor and 8GB of RAM. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. Slow

I found this computer frustratingly slow. It promises a processor that's ripe for running multiple programs at once but it feels like everything takes...forever. I would say this is a great computer for a high school or undergrad student. For an advanced user, I would recommend something a bit faster. This is more or less a bare bones system. You cannot adjust the height of the screen. The keyboard takes some adjusting if you're used to heavy excel work. Lenovo, I would recommend a "ready to go upon receipt" set up. It took more than an hour to get to the point where I could actually just surf the web and I haven't even gone through setting up a full version of Microsoft Office. I'm considering returning.
