Has a design flaw

While the operation is fine, there is a physical design flaw. For both computers the case broke on either sides of the hinges, causing the screen to crack. Now the touchscreen no longer works. Lenovo will not cover the repair as it is not a hardware or software issue although it is still under warranty.

Couldn't be happier with it's speed, design and features. Read reviews prior to making the commitment and very pleased that I did. Great device.

Excellent chrome book for basic browsing. Its a steal for the price. No issues till now. Kids have been using it daily and they love working on it.

The unit is responsive and has a nice clear and bright monitor. Touch screen works well also. Speakers are better than I've heard on other laptops. It doesn't heat up underneath and has a nice battery life per charge. It connects to my wifi flawlessly. It is a little heavier than some laptops but with a 15.6" screen it is to be expected. I personally don't carry my device around much. I am happy so far with the purchase and the overall quality of the build of this device, it feels solid as a rock.

It’s reasonably price and the performance is good enough for her needs. She loves it a lot.
