What I personally love about this product is that it is able to achieve what you want to achieve, say you want a laptop for school but this is what you can afford for the time being, or you just want a laptop just in case you need something to work on when you go out of town, this works perfectly. But what I am going to say is, you pay for what you get, while I'm still using this laptop after three great years of use, if I wanted a laptop that I can use for school/work and I had enough money I would probably look for a higher quality laptop, which can be used for other things such as gaming, editing, music making, etc. But I still am very happy with the product that I received and I really appreciate and recommend the Best Buy Service experience, thank you Best Buy!!

This was an incredible buy. No, it's not a power machine but it works great and I love traveling with it when I'm bouncing from place to place. It's lightweight and provides for all I need as a road warrior.

This is a very good Chromebook for the casual user... Long battery life and lightweight construction makes it great for travel and some school applications... Ive even used it to do some basic gaming via LUNA... It worked!!!

I bought this Chromebook mostly out of curiosity. It was on sale for $86 at the time and I figured worst case scenario is I lose $86. But wow, this thing has impressed me. It is quick and perfect for browsing the internet, watching videos, and doing work (if your work can be done via web based applications). I have brought this thing to multiple countries with me and completed my job from it. I can guarantee you that you won't be disappointed with it if you get it at a similar price. The one thing to note is that the screen is by no means high-end. It can be difficult to see the screen depending on the angle you have it at. However, for $86, I can easily overlook this!

I bought this to use for travel. It is small for my backpack and has a great battery life, so it has been good to use on airplane flights for videos and games to kill time. I can get my internet connection from my iPhone hot spot when needed. Also it will juice up a dead iPhone. I use it to book flights and other travel arrangements and I keep my personal data on a separate secure USB. This laptop was purchased knowing the possibility that it may be stolen. If that happens I will get another and be glad it wasn't my laptop I left at home.

This is hard to beat. This computer has a bright screen, solid keyboard and can also be used as a tablet. I bought one for my son for his birthday and was so impressed I went back to buy one for myself. It can be used for just about anything I use a computer for, the exception being game playing. It is surprisingly nimble, as fast to load pages as my Surface Go. What has surprised me is the reach of the bluetooth on this unit compared to my other portables and phones. This is a great companion for travel. I use it every morning to watch news and sit outside while drinking coffee. It is an excellent buy for $169.00, but I got it on sale for $99.00 and see it is on sale again at the time I am writing this review. This makes it a steal, certainly a much better buy and far more practical and use-able than an Amazon tablet or any tablet in this price range.

The quality of this item for the price is incredible. Basically, it's a mini-laptop without Windows. If you use Chrome as your browser, you won't notice any difference, aside from it being faster than Windows, and, unfortunately, it's limited print abilities. My Brother printer is not compatible, so I couldn't use this as my primary computer without buying a Chromebook-friendly printer. Setup consisted of logging into my Google account. Voila! Everything synched. Battery life is very long, and the unit itself is lightweight. In short, I love it!

This item was a replacement chromebook for my teen and I think it was a great purchase for the price. The frame is slightly larger than most 11.6 screen chromebooks which makes it a bit more durable. The outer case is also sturdy. The speed is great for viewing educational material and short videos. It works well for someone who may not always handle electronics with care.

I bought this because I needed a very cheap replacement for a nicer chromebook whose battery had died. It fits the bill if you're looking for something that is inexpensive and can do light internet work such as browsing, emails, Google Docs and Sheets, video playback, etc. You can also install basic Linux apps on it if you know how to use that operating system.

The chrome books have been of good use over the last 1 year. Very durable and east to travel with

It is an outstanding value for the price. Easily capable of fulfilling the requirements of surfing the net, being cool and lightweight on her lap, and streaming media. Bluetooth and WIFI work well. Headphones and mouse paired quickly. And it manages 210mbps from the WIFI. More than adequate for the given use. The screen is definitely the least impressive aspect, and has a fairly narrow viewing angle for best results. Still fine for the low light conditions it is mostly used in.

Amazing chrome book for the price. Works great. Fast. I don't think there is a better unit for the price. Compact, slim and light weight. Doesn't have touch screen, and the display could be better, but for the price its perfect.

I got this for my auntie that only needs her laptop for basic needs and this was a great choice! Easy setup and fast. Very user friendly and looks like a mini tablet. She has been using this to do some paperwork and can bring anywhere everywhere she goes! Happy shopper here.

I've enjoyed this Chromebook. It's fast enough for browsing and streaming. The screen isnt great after being spoiled by modern phones and tablets. For the price it's a pretty darn good notebook though.

I have been very impressed by this Chromebook. I've had it for almost two years now. The first one I had was replaced with this one I have now and I have no trouble with this item which was refurbished. The memory space it out of the world. I haven't ran out of space yet even with 4 different Google accounts on it. I am able to do work and study on this Chromebook and download apps that I use on my phone. I've traveled with it and it's been amazing. During traveling I could only use the provided Chromebook charger which wasn't a shock me. The purchase also came for a free download anti virus that I haven't use yet and just remembered it. I tried to upload picture of it but unable because my phone picture are too large. But it's on great condition and the screen is in perfect condition as well. The keyboard is just like new, no faded letters. Also if you het any crumbs in the keyboard its very to pop them out, clean and replace. I'm satisfied with this purchase and with my dealing with best buy.

I love this little chrome book - fast, connects easily to other devices, small and lightweight. Bought this for home use only however I have needed to use it for a few meetings and the camera works great.
